Paul Kotcher | Director, Leasing

Paul Kotcher is the Director of Leasing at Brickman. Mr. Kotcher has over 33 years of experience in leasing, and is responsible for marketing and leasing the Firm’s office portfolio. In addition, he is a key member of the Firm’s acquisition team responsible for underwriting and establishing the base acquisition parameters. Mr. Kotcher has been with Brickman in this capacity since the Firm was founded. Prior to joining Brickman, he was with Peter R. Friedman Ltd. for five years and, before that, with Grubb & Ellis, where he started his career.

Mr. Kotcher holds a B.S. degree from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York.
