Brickman entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with GreenOak to acquire the fee-simple interest in the Vance and Sterling Buildings located at 1402 3rd Avenue and 1416 3rd Ave in Seattle, Washington in January 2018. The asset consists of two adjacent buildings that total 130,786 square feet in the downtown central business district. The Vance Building is a 14-story Class B historic office built in 1929 that comprises 113,321 square feet. The Sterling Building is a 3-story office building constructed in 1910 that comprises 17,465 square feet. The buildings were partially renovated in 2006-2007. The property is currently leased to a diverse mix of non-profit, architecture & design, and technology tenants.
