The Vance Building is a 14-story Class B historic office built in 1929 that comprises 113,321 square feet. The Sterling Building is a 3-story office building constructed in 1910 that comprises 17,465 square feet. The buildings were partially renovated in 2006-2007. The property is currently leased to a diverse mix of non-profit, architecture & design, and technology tenants.
